Worked in sub-contracting, contracting and client side as well as trained as Building Control Surveyor. Experience in construction as well as re-use/adaptation, design and standards, Party Wall, CDM and building defects.
Wide experience of projects, including large new build commercial and residential buildings, particularly those with extra care needs (eg wheelchair design or dementia).
Particular interests - fire, access, design management, co-ordination of professional teams, realistic environmentally sound buildings.
